Role Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Director / Sales Leader to drive new business growth and order bookings across strategic Oil & Gas enterprise accounts in the Houston market. This role is responsible for hunting new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and closing large digital transformation deals centered around SAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with strong SAP ecosystem experience, capable of building C-level relationships and consistently delivering multi-million-dollar bookings and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Drive net-new business acquisition within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue large digital transformation opportunities across enterprise clients.
  • Build and execute account penetration strategies to open new buying centers.

Order Booking & Revenue Growth

  • Own and deliver annual order booking targets and revenue goals.
