Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Commercial Vehicle to support and expand our business within the heavy-duty truck, off-highway, agricultural, construction equipment, and industrial markets.

This position will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable growth for Yinlun's thermal management product portfolio, including radiators, charge air coolers, oil coolers, cooling modules, and battery thermal management solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical understanding and commercial experience and will have direct experience working with OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and Tier-1 customers within the commercial vehicle and off-highway industries.

Manage assigned customer accounts and support customer programs from RFQ through production launch.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Yinlun's market presence.

Work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to develop technical and commercial solutions.

Participate in technical discussions regarding thermal management systems, cooling systems, and heat exchanger applications.

Lead customer quotations, pricing negotiations, annual commercial discussions, and contract reviews.

Monitor industry trends, customer strategies, and competitive activities to support business growth.

Coordinate activities among North America, Mexico, and China teams to support global customer programs.

Attend customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and technical workshops.

Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Mechanical Engineering or other technical background strongly preferred.

MBA is a plus.

Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Program Management.

Experience supporting OEM and/or Tier-1 customers.

Proven experience in the commercial vehicle, automotive, heavy-duty truck, off-highway, agricultural, construction equipment, or thermal management industries.

Experience with heat exchangers, cooling systems, thermal management products, or related engineered products is strongly preferred.

Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

International business experience, including import/export and tariff management, is preferred.

Skills

Strong understanding of thermal management products and commercial vehicle market trends.

Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and commercial organizations.

Experience managing RFQs, pricing negotiations, and customer escalations.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
