One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers a unique blend of accounting, reporting, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and learning new processes.

As our company continues to grow and invest in technology, this role will evolve alongside the business. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and excited about contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and summarize daily revenue reports for multiple entities.
  • Finalize customer invoices and ensure accurate revenue classifications.
  • Maintain customer membership records and account information.
  • Coordinate the monthly air filter program, including ordering and customer list management.
  • Compile and distribute KPI and performance data to leadership.
  • Assist with month-end processes and various accounting-related projects.
  • Support process improvements and help implement new systems and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and leadership teams as needed.
