Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their insurance questions with patience and clarity.

Manage the renewal process for existing accounts, ensuring every client has the right coverage for their current life stage.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries accurately to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Identify gaps in coverage during account reviews and suggest appropriate policy adjustments.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to resolve discrepancies and secure favorable terms for our clients.

Maintain meticulous records in our management system to ensure our operations stay organized and efficient.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Oklahoma.

Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.

Deep understanding of policy coverage, exclusions, and rating factors.

Strong command of agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

Prior experience with carrier portals such as Safeco, Progressive, or Travelers.
