Salary: $235,000 - $310,000+

A nationally recognized Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising clients on technology, intellectual property, licensing, data, software, and commercial transactions across a wide range of industries.

Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active Illinois bar admission or ability to become admitted in Illinois

  • Approximately 2-4 years of technology transactions, intellectual property, or commercial transactions experience

  • Experience drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements

  • Familiarity with intellectual property licensing, SaaS, software, data, and technology matters preferred

  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

  • Excellent academic credentials

What You'll Do
  • Draft and negotiate technology, licensing, SaaS, software, and commercial agreements

  • Advise clients on intellectual property and technology-related transactions

  • Support mergers, acquisitions, financings, and strategic transactions involving technology assets
