Job Title: Customer Care Specialist / Recent grads can apply
Expected Rate: $18-20/hour (subject to change)
Hours: Flexible early as 7:00 am start time
Location: Fully Onsite in Hales Corners, WI ,53130
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a - 9p and Saturdays 8a - 5p. Typical shifts are 10a - 7p, 11a - 8p and 12p - 9p CST.
Assignment Duration: 4 months, potential to convert to FTE depending on performance, attendance and business need (typically convert ~20% of contractors)
Job Overview

  • The Customer Care Specialist will handle basic customer calls related to the upcoming system conversion and the customer transition associated with the Bank merger.
  • They will be responsible for initial diagnosis of issues and escalating to more senior representatives when needed.
  • 1-2 years of experience in call handling
  • Logging into accounts, escalating issues
  • Some financial experience is preferred
