Customer Service Representative (Contract, possible to convert)

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6–12 Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour during the contract period. Compensation will be renegotiated upon conversion to a full-time employee.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with day-to-day account servicing and operational support
