Responsibilities
As an Enrollment Specialist at RPM Healthcare, your journey begins with comprehensive training from the comfort of your home, recognizing that a comfortable employee yields superior results. Your role entails talking to 30-40 patients per day from our partnered medical practices, positioning you as the frontline representative of RPM Healthcare. Your responsibilities include educating patients on the advantages of remote patient monitoring and facilitating a seamless transition for converted patients to our dedicated care team through efficient internal communication and meticulous documentation.
In our comprehensive program, you'll not only acquire the knowledge and skills essential for your current role but also pave the way for future career growth. As you progress, envision yourself stepping into the role of a Business Development Consultant, actively seeking partnerships with individual practices. Throughout this journey, you'll internalize the core principle of prioritizing our patients and customers at every step.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA is a plus.
  • Additional bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Korean, Italian).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
