SUPPORT AND MODERNIZE BUSINESS SYSTEMS AT COILCRAFT

Position: RPG Programmer Location: Cary, Illinois

Coilcraft, Inc. is a privately held global manufacturer headquartered in Cary, Illinois, with a worldwide reputation for high-quality passive electronic components. Our systems support manufacturing, engineering, finance, and operations across multiple facilities worldwide. We are seeking an RPG Programmer to join our IT team and support the continued development, maintenance, and improvement of our business systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical applications that directly support manufacturing and operational efficiency.

About the Role and Your Impact
  • Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and document application programs
  • Analyze system requirements and contribute to the application system design
  • Develop solutions that align with business objectives, system capabilities, and operational requirements
  • Support ongoing business system operations, including OS upgrades, performance monitoring, and backup maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
