Job Summary:
ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions. They are seeking a Senior RPGLE Programmer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the company's IBMi order-to-cash system, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions, and providing Tier 3 Help Desk support.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for designing, development, and support of companies IBMi order-to-cash system.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Converts use case specifications and problem statements to computer code.
• Provide Tier 3 Help Desk support to identify root causes and resolve problems.
• Share oversight of night batch processing on a rotational basis.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 7-15 years of IBM I / AS400 development experience.
• Strong RPGLE, SQL, and DB2/400 skills and experience with ILE concepts and modular programming.
• Strong knowledge of the AS400 operating system and commands.
• AS400 Administrator experience
• Experience with Turnover Release Management
• Experience with Mimix DR
• Development experience with C# and/or .net
• Excellent project management experience.
Preferred:
• BS/BA Degree in CS or Business preferred.
• Experience with order creation to cash application solutions in a D2C environment
• API experience
