POSITION SUMMARY
As a technician in our Robotic Operations Center your primary role will be to enable success on the Rewst platform by building and troubleshooting RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows. Your responsibilities extend from designing RPA workflows to implementing API integrations with MSP platforms such as ITGlue, Connectwise, Acronis and Microsoft Office 365. This role is pivotal in providing both proactive and reactive support to both our internal departments as well as our clients, ensuring seamless automation and optimization of processes. The salary for this position is $75,000+ (negotiable based on experience).
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and refine our automation strategy, focusing on sourcing, vetting, and prioritizing new automations
  • Build, test, and troubleshoot RPA workflows on the Rewst platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
  • Design and implement API integrations with MSP platforms such as ITGlue, Connectwise, Acronis, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Maintain and update existing RPA workflows and API integrations, adapting to new API versions
  • Monitor the health and success of automated workflows, ensuring efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document requirements for new automations
  • Assist in onboarding new MSPs and their clients onto the Rewst platform, focusing on RPA implementation
  • Conduct thorough testing and perform regular maintenance to ensure the stability of automated processes
  • Train and support team members in interacting with automated workflows and systems

DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
  • Extensive experience in automating processes through RPA tools
  • Proficient IT skills including Windows AD, Cloud/SaaS, Networking and Security
  • Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues into manageable tasks
  • Expertise in scripting languages, especially PowerShell and Python
  • Experience in the MSP space, particularly with tools from vendors such as ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya and Microsoft
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure/365
  • Familiarity with Web-API protocols like REST or GraphQL and comfortable working with JSON/YAML
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or other RPA products is a plus
  • Knowledge in Python/Jinja is a plus
  • Linux experience is a plus
  • SIEM/SOAR experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools is a plus
  • Database (SQL) skills is a plus
