Lead RPA Developer - UiPath

Location: LaGrange, Kentucky (Onsite)

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in RPA tool UiPath
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a professional senior technical role (e.g team lead), ideally for a system integrator
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to Client audiences

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect the RPA product/solution with use of UiPath.
  • Facilitate technical / architectural conversations during process evaluation
  • Recommend best option for optimization / automation of an identified business process
  • Work with Process consultants to create PDD for development team
  • Ensure PDD (Process Definition Document) are translated into DSD (Development Specification Document) and detailed level designs
  • Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
  • Supporting the development team in developing solutions
