Product Specialist – RPA / UiPath

Location: Columbus, OH – Remote

Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Specialist – RPA / UiPath to drive digital transformation by designing, developing, and optimizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath Platform. The role will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

The position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath RPA workflows.
  • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications and automation solutions.
  • Develop reusable automation components and advanced RPA solutions.
  • Create and optimize complex SQL queries supporting automation and data operations.
  • Perform testing, debugging, root-cause analysis, break-fix, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain RPA bots, dashboards, integrations, and related solutions.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, platform owners, and process owners.
  • Work within Agile methodologies to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and deliver iterative improvements.
  • Establish standards for automation development, documentation, coding practices, value measurement, and governance.
  • Identify new opportunities for automation and process improvement using Lean and continuous-improvement methodologies.
  • Manage multiple project streams and delivery milestones.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing UiPath RPA solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience as an RPA Solution Architect.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • 8+ years of software application development and implementation experience.
  • Strong experience with UiPath Automation Hub, Orchestrator, Studio Web, and Insights.
  • Advanced UiPath workflow development and debugging experience.
  • Strong SQL development and data-handling experience.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with OCR/ICR and data extraction processes.
  • Strong understanding of software development, coding practices, SDLC, and system architectures.
  • Experience creating technical designs and specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, automation governance, and process improvement.
