Job description

Role: UiPath RPA Architect

Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania

Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview

  • Seeking a senior UiPath RPA Architect with 8+ years of RPA experience, 10+ years of overall IT experience, and at least 3 years of experience as an RPA Solution Architect.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end UiPath automation architectures for enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Define automation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Architect solutions using REFramework, custom frameworks, and reusable components.
  • Lead UiPath Orchestrator setup and design (tenants, folders, queues, assets, and triggers).
  • Assess application stability and automation feasibility, especially for dynamic web applications.
  • Decide on the optimal automation approach (UI automation vs. API vs. integration).
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.
  • Establish robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and design guidance.
  • Contribute to automation roadmaps, estimations, and risk assessments.
  • Follow Agile methodology.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of RPA experience and 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an RPA Solution Architect.
  • Experience with UiPath IXP.
  • Knowledge of UiPath Agentic Automation.
  • Strong experience with Python scripting for automation, data processing, or integration.
  • Strong understanding of selectors, OCR, queues, assets, and credential management.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) and JIRA.
  • Experience with AWS
