Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an RPA Architect to join their team in Waukegan, IL. The role involves assessing technical automation opportunities and designing enterprise-grade RPA solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and design/implement enterprise-grade solutions that are efficient, scalable and maintainable.
โ€ข Configure new RPA processes and objects using design principles that are efficient, well structured, and easy to understand using RPA tools (UiPath)
โ€ข Contribute to the development of governance frameworks and procedures to continually improve a rapid, standardized and repeatable delivery factory model using RPA tools (UiPath)
โ€ข Design RPA libraries and reusable components
โ€ข Help set up UiPath environments (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc) and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
โ€ข Collaborate with a team of Automation Architects, Developers, and Engineers to determine the most appropriate functional strategy and designs to meet business needs
โ€ข Assist the delivery team in building out declarative Automation solutions utilizing UiPath platform by providing Standards and Best Practices
โ€ข Complies with and enforces design and coding standards, policies, and procedures through Code Review, and review/oversight on SDLC documentation
โ€ข Participate in business process due diligence, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements of new and/or existing Automation implementations
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's or master's degree
โ€ข Have over 6 yrs. experience in application architecture, solution delivery, business systems analysis, software development, deployment, or operations
โ€ข Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a scalable solution design
โ€ข Hands-on Experience with industry leading RPA tool UiPath
Preferred:
โ€ข General programming experience (Java, Python)
โ€ข Experience in an Agile Delivery
โ€ข Strong presentation and communication skills
