Role: RPA Developer Duration: Long Term Location: Tucson, AZ Primary location or San Diego, Orange county or LA

Job Description: We are looking for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer, with experience using UiPath software and have a proven track record of successful development. The candidate will have to perform a live automation using UiPath, for a use case that will be shared with him during the interview, in order to be considered for the role.

Qualifications: • 2 or more years of RPA development experience in UiPath is a must have • UI Path Advanced RPA Developer certification is a must have. • Computer Science or related degree with 2 or more years of experience with object oriented programing languages (C#, VB, or Python preferred) • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and other web technologies is a plus • Knowledge of SQL and relational database structure • Previous experience with working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA suite • Automation experience in Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise scale software. • Experience with business process re-engineering • Solid understanding of development processes, methodologies and lifecycle. • Strong analytical skills • Track record and proven ability to produce effective, innovative solutions on an enterprise scale. • Excellent communication skills - should be able to explain the technical aspects to the business people and relevant stakeholders

Responsibility: • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new robotic process automation (RPA) • Contribute to the development of governance, methodologies and procedures to continually improve a rapid and repeatable delivery channel of RPA solutions. • Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure each increment adheres to original version as designed in the user story (or Process Definition Document) and adheres to highest quality standards. • Identify reusable components and patterns as well as ensure consistently in design across use-cases built using RPA. • Provides periodic status on the progress of development • Moves the workflow to UAT • Creates the process documentation (DSD, Handover to Business Operations)

Provides support to First Line Support for the processes during testing and hyper-care period.
