  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor inventory, order products, and manage food costs while minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with Banquet Operations and other hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Assist with menu tastings, special events, seasonal offerings, and culinary innovation.
  • Foster a positive, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
