Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and delivering our products to businesses in the Bethlehem, Allentown, Lehigh Valley area. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our customer base. What You'll Do
  • Title: Linen Route Service Representative
     
    Location: Bethlehem, PA \u007C Lehigh Valley
  • Drive Sales and Service Excellence: Navigate your designated route, servicing existing customers, and introducing innovative product solutions to enhance their businesses. Utilize your customer service and sales skills to organically expand your route, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Strategic Inventory Management: Maintain accurate invoice inventories and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure consistency and reliability. Identify additional products and services that can bring added value to our customers, presenting these opportunities during customer interactions. Proactively negotiate service agreement renewals with customers to solidify long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Safety and Compliance: Execute your responsibilities with the utmost professionalism and adherence to safety standards and driving regulations. Ensure compliance while representing Dempsey Uniform on the road.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dempsey Uniform, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age requirement: 22 years for vehicle insurance purposes
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record

  • Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Ability to meet our appearance and dress code policy
