Kalkreuth specializes in complex commercial exterior envelope applications in various markets throughout the country. The company boasts an extensive project portfolio including clients in the automotive, chemical, government, education and healthcare industries. With a wealth of resources and an extensive construction industry network, Kalkreuth has the capabilities to complete any project according to specifications.
Position Summary:
The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks including daily and weekly report generation
  • Process outgoing mail
  • Performs other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Switchboard experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
