Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Roofing Outreach Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will Market our Roofing and exterior products to introduce homeowners to our roofing services, identify potential roofing needs, and schedule free roof inspections for our Closing Department. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and comfortable working outdoors while engaging directly with homeowners. This position plays a critical role in generating new business and helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Market our services to Homeowners
  • Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations to identify potential roofing needs
  • Educate homeowners on common roofing issues, storm damage, and the inspection process
  • Schedule free roof inspections and appointments for the Closing team
  • Accurately record homeowner information, notes, and appointment details
  • Distribute marketing materials such as flyers or door hangers as needed
  • Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
