Job description

At Rochester Regional Health, we are building a premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery program where surgeons can practice at the top of their specialty while helping shape the future of patient care, surgical education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

We are seeking a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing, highly collaborative team serving Rochester and the greater Western New York region.

This is more than a traditional OMFS role. It is an opportunity to practice the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery within a large integrated health system that values autonomy, innovation, and academic engagement.

At Rochester Regional Health, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons practice the full scope of OMFS in a collaborative, high-acuity environment. Surgeons manage a broad range of cases while working alongside multidisciplinary teams in Trauma Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Oncology, ENT, Dentistry, and Hospital Medicine.

High-Acuity Surgical Environment

Practice within Rochester General Hospital, a 528-bed tertiary care center treating more patients in Monroe County than any other hospital in the region.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Training

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
  • Completion of accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency

Certification & Licensure

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Eligible for New York State licensure

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
