Inside Technical Sales Specialist- Robotic Welding & Automation


You’re the technical expert customers rely on when automation challenges get complex. In this role, you’ll help manufacturers improve productivity and quality through advanced robotic welding solutions while partnering with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturer reps to deliver smart, effective results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support customers and internal teams with technical guidance related to robotic welding
  • Partner with inside/outside sales teams, engineering, and manufacturing to develop solutions
  • Assist with quoting, proposal reviews, and technical sales documentation
  • Support the sales process by ensuring customer expectations are met and fulfilled
  • Conduct virtual product demos and technical presentations
  • Technical liaison between Engineering/Sales for product clarification and application support
  • Maintain deep knowledge of robotic welding technologies, applications, and product capabilities
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical sales activities, and occasional trade shows


What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Hands-on welding experience is required, and robotics is a plus
  • Experience with robotics or industrial automation is highly preferred
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented with documentation
