Job description

Tutor Intelligence, an MIT robotics startup, has developed a novel no-code interface to instruct robots on new tasks. We are deploying this technology to factories and warehouses across America, and are growing our team to support 24-7 operations.
 
This is an operational role - perfect for someone who is looking to get involved with technology and join a fast-moving startup. In this role, you will work to keep the robots in the field happy and healthy. Your responsibilities include:
 
* Instructing robots via a web-based portal
* Responding to customer support calls and resolving technical issues
* Learning protocols for diagnosing and solving robot issues
* Tracking robot performance and providing feedback to engineering
* Reporting bugs and testing new features
 
This role is shift-based and requires regular weekend coverage.
 
Shift 1: 6:30am - 3:30pm
Shift 2: 3pm - 11pm
Shift 3: 11pm - 7am (Overnight)
Shift 4: 11am - 7pm (Sat-Weds)
 
We have weekend and holiday operations, which mean you will be scheduled for at least one weekend day and holidays (as needed).
 
This opportunity comes with benefits, including health insurance. We are fully in-person in Watertown MA, with parking onsite.
