About the Role:

The Noon Shift PLC and Robot Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of automated manufacturing equipment during the midday production cycle. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and robotic systems to minimize downtime and optimize production output. The technician will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to implement preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to equipment malfunctions. By maintaining high standards of safety and quality, this role directly contributes to the overall productivity and reliability of the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical expertise and proactive problem-solving skills to support the seamless operation of complex automated systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with completion of relevant technical training in industrial automation or electrical maintenance.
  • Proven experience working with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair in a manufacturing environment.
