Job description

The Mission

Be part of the future. We are launching a high-stakes robotics pilot this March, and we need sharp, focused, and tech-savvy individuals to bring our robots to life.

As a Robot Teleoperator, you aren't just watching a screen—you are the brain behind the machine. Using advanced console systems and real-time data, you’ll ensure our robots navigate complex tasks with precision. If you’ve spent years mastering high-focus gaming or thrive in fast-paced digital environments, this is the professional leap you’ve been looking for.

The Vibe: How We Work

You’ll work in a high-energy, 2-person tactical team:

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Pilot High-Tech Gear: Use dual-analog controllers, keyboard/mouse setups, and multi-monitor terminals to operate robots.

  • Real-Time Monitoring: Track live video feeds and terminal dashboards to maintain 100% robot uptime.

  • Operational Flow: Perform scene resets and follow SOPs to keep the mission on track.

  • Tactical Coordination: Work in lockstep with your teammate to ensure continuous coverage during breaks.

  • Log & Analyze: Maintain shift documentation and log activity to help us scale from one facility to two this April.

What You Bring to the Team (Requirements)
  • The Gaming Edge: Experience with console or PC gaming (strong hand-eye coordination is a must).

  • Focus: The ability to maintain high concentration in a "live" environment for extended periods.

  • Reliability: You are punctual, team-oriented, and ready to own your shift.

  • Tech Comfort: High school diploma (or equivalent), ideally 1–2 years out of school or currently pursuing college coursework.

  • Mindset: You thrive in shift-based environments and love being part of a scaling tech operation.

Bonus Points For:
  • Previous experience in Robot Teleoperation or technical operations.

  • Familiarity with multi-screen setups and basic troubleshooting.

  • Experience in fast-paced, shift-based roles.
