Position Details
  • We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our Sushi Production Team. This is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are essential. Multiple positions are available across various departments.

  • Employment Type: Full Time

Available Roles
  • Salmon Cutter: Responsible for precise cutting, trimming, and portioning of salmon to company standards.
  • Packers: Pack finished sushi products for distribution, ensuring accurate labeling and presentation.
  • Prep Department: Handle ingredients preparation including rice, vegetables, and seafood for daily production.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, and tools in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Nigiri Line: Assemble Nigiri sushi with accuracy and consistency in size, shape, and weight.
  • Robot Operator: Operate and monitor sushi-making machines, including rice robot and roller machines.
  • Warehouse: Handle inventory, receive and organize materials, assist with stock rotation and distribution support.
