Robot Technician – Metal Hanger Manufacturing

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

Training Schedule (First Shift – 2 Weeks):

  • Monday–Thursday: 3:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Regular Schedule (Second Shift):

  • Monday–Friday: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Robot Technician to support automated robotic equipment used in the production of metal hangers. This position is responsible for monitoring robotic machines, performing basic troubleshooting, ensuring consistent production, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate robotic manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and reset robotic systems when needed.
  • Load materials into robotic work cells and remove finished products.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Clear minor machine jams and notify maintenance of major equipment issues.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep workstations clean and organized.
  • Accurately document production counts and machine downtime.
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements
