JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Robot Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring robotic equipment is properly loaded, operating efficiently, and running safely throughout production. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 3PM-1AM
JOB DUTIES:
? Load and monitor robotic and production equipment
? Ensure robots are running efficiently and producing quality parts
? Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance or supervisors
? Perform routine checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks
? Conduct quality inspections using gauges or measurement tools
? Maintain a clean and safe work environment
? Follow all company safety and quality procedures
? Assist with production needs as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Manufacturing or robotic equipment experience preferred
? Familiarity with FANUC industrial robots and Universal Robots (UR) is a plus
? Basic understanding of IP addressing and network connectivity for troubleshooting robotic and production equipment is a plus
? Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Strong attention to detail and reliability
? Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
? Willingness to learn and grow within the company
THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A certificate from college or technical school is a plus.

This is a full time position in the competitive and challenging metal manufacturing field. The pay range/rate of pay for this position may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
