Job description

  • Ace Wire Spring & Form Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined Robotic Machine Operator to support our advanced wire forming and spring coiling operations. This is not a basic machine tending position. This role involves programming, setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and tearing down multi axis robotic wire forming and CNC spring coiling equipment to produce high precision custom components.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and interpret part prints or specifications, and a hands on approach to solving problems in a custom manufacturing environment. Operators will work closely with production and quality teams to make sure parts meet tolerance requirements while maintaining safety, efficiency, consistency, and quality throughout each run.
  • This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with advanced machinery, solving technical challenges, improving processes, and building a long term career in precision manufacturing.
