Job Overview

We are hiring a Paint Booth Operator for a commercial steel-door manufacturing facility in North Irving. This position involves preparing and painting metal parts while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient paint-booth operation. Candidates who are dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Load metal parts and move them along the paint-track system
  • Apply water-based primer paint evenly and accurately
  • Prepare parts and surfaces for painting
  • Inspect painted parts for proper coverage and quality
  • Maintain paint-booth equipment and perform daily upkeep
  • Keep the paint booth and surrounding work areas clean
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Handle and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

  • Previous industrial painting, paint-booth, or manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Trainable candidates with a strong work ethic may be considered
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must complete an interview and facility tour before placement
