HIRING RANGE: $36.38-$40.42/hr based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

Performs community nursing services in public health clinics, schools, community centers and homes. Main area of responsibility will be communicable disease investigations and STI clinics. May also assist with TB program and Immunizations events as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate's degree with four years' experience or BSN required
• Current Indiana RN License required; CPR Certification
• Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in public health a plus
• Must have good communication skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
• Pre-employment background check required
