These competencies ensure safe, effective patient care and smooth coordination within healthcare teams during daytime shifts.

What does a typical day look like for an RN Day, and how do they collaborate with other healthcare professionals?

Effective communication and teamwork are key, as you'll often participate in interdisciplinary rounds and support patient education. Balancing multiple priorities and adapting to rapidly changing situations are common challenges, but these experiences contribute significantly to your professional growth.
