  • Develop and maintain clear metrics for RMA activities, including volume, turnaround time, defect categories, and root causes.
  • Analyze repairs and provide data/analysis on trends to Engineering Group and SC Planning.
  • Salesforce-Update salesforce and provide quotes.

Requirements
What you need to succeed
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Electronics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in:
    • Electronics manufacturing, repair, or testing
    • RMA / Returns processing / failure analysis
  • Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS), preferably aligned with ISO 9001(preferred)
