Job description

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Riskonnect Administrator for our client in the Energy domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Primary Skills: Riskonnect Administration

Role Description: As a Riskonnect Administrator, you must have at least 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

- Stay apprised of regular Riskonnect application/Salesforce Cloud system maintenance and communicate impacts to functional stakeholders.

- Monitor system availability and performance based on vendor provided dashboards and tools.

- Communicate observed or stakeholder reported system nonavailability to vendor (not otherwise planned or communicated).

- Manage application configurations and update as needed.

- Modify picklist values as requested by stakeholders according to governance.

- Modify picklist values to align with the system changes

- Maintain hierarchy as needed.

- Create and maintain Riskonnect lists for specific end user needs.

- Maintain user requests for enhancements and coordinate with vendor.

- Investigate and resolve common level1 issues reported by end users or detected through monitoring systems before escalating to vendor or internal Technology support team as needed.

- Track issue resolution for issues escalated to vendor.

- Coordinate with the internal Technology support teams to troubleshoot any issue with integration, authentication / ADFS / Single SignOn, etc.) as needed.

- Manage user access requests and licenses in Riskonnect via PAM requests.

- Maintain licenses and communicate with functional owner on users' access in Riskonnect.

- Monitor system logs for suspicious activities and responds to security incidents in a timely manner.

- Review the Vulnerabilities and work with vendor and Security team for remediation

- Perform regular backups of system data through system data extracts to flat files and store OnPrem.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

- Ensure that documentation is UpToDate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

- Provide and/or build system data extracts and/or reports to relevant stakeholders for reporting needs

- Work with stakeholders for building / providing system data extracts and/or for appropriate audits when requested.

- Support Streetlights end users for automatic claim creation via Wizard spreadsheet upload; document and maintain spreadsheet template.

- Be subject matter expert on Riskonnect reporting and dashboard capabilities for communicating with functional stakeholders.

- Create new fields/columns as needed per business requirement and reach out to vendor for any assistance needed

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our systems and procedures.

- Manage communications with functional partners and vendor.

- Ability to lead and provide guidance to developers on technical requirements for portal enhancements and updates.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
