Join BorgWarner Portland (Cascadia Motion brand) as a Program Manager and play a key role in advancing innovative electrified propulsion and industrial power technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing to program goals. The Program Manager must work at all levels, internal and external to BorgWarner, to ensure successful program execution.
The BorgWarner Portland team is a small, highly agile group specializing in the design and manufacture of hardware for electric vehicle propulsion & industrial power systems including electric motors, power electronics (inverters), and transmissions. In contrast to the complex structures often found in large engineering organizations, we operate with lean, right-sized processes tailored to our customers' needs, empowering employees to make decisions quickly and keep projects moving efficiently. With design cycles typically around a year, our fast-moving environment fosters innovation, adaptability, and strong team engagement.
BorgWarner Portland has an extensive and international customer base, ranging from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to emerging technologies and startups.
