As an Administrative Assistant in the Supervision and Risk Management (SRM) division, you will provide administrative support forleadership and branch staff. Our Administrative Assistants work in an environment that requires a high degree of attention to detail, cooperation, and professionalism. You must be able to handle confidential material and use good judgement when working with and communicating information related to various Bank, System, client, and program functions.

  • Responding to inquiries by gathering complete and relevant information andreferringtoappropriate contact. Providing back-up support for other administrative assistants and other duties as assigned.

What are the minimum qualifications?

Required

  • Typically requires 1 year of relevant experience and high school education or GED.

  • Effective skills using Microsoft Office products, web-based applications, and e-mail.

  • Working knowledge of audio/visual equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor problems.

  • Performs work independently with limited supervision and direction.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with high profile public contacts and/or external customers.

  • Ability to work out of ourOmaha, NEoffice.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

ScreeningRequirements:This position has additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job. These additional screenings would be initiated at the time of offer acceptance and can take up to a couple of months to be completed. The candidate's start date may be impacted by completion of the screening. The areas screened may include education/employment verification, criminal history, credit history, and reference checks.
