Summary of the Job:

Enterprise Risk Management Internship Program is a 12 week developmental program designed to provide current college students with exposure to Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity disciplines within the Financial Services industry. The program will also include the potential to extend to part time throughout the school year when applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting with Business Continuity Program while gaining experience in continuity, legal, risk management and the banking industry.

  • Under the guidance of team leadership, you will work on tasks and projects to:

  • Help identify, develop, and implement process and system enhancements to continuously improve efficiency and business continuity best practices.

  • Assist with second line of defense in helping ensure corporate initiatives and departmental processes comply with applicable laws, regulations and guidance.

  • Assist with research and analysis of business impacts, risk assessments and continuity testing.

  • Participate in corporate internship program activities such as educational workshops, networking events, and community outreach.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Program Requirements

  • Enrolled college student working towards college degree in Business, Public Administration, Emergency Management, or Business Continuity. Recent college graduates with similar degrees may also be considered.

  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher after sophomore year

  • Possess leadership skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a professional environment

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
