Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Rides Manager on Duty, making operational decisions and ensuring smooth operations across all rides.
  • Ensure team compliance with safety standards and Six Flags policies.
  • Oversee and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficientoperation of rideshut down.
  • Supervise, develop, and evaluate the leadership team and team members, holding them accountable for attendance, performance, cleanliness, and meeting departmental goals.
  • Adhere to and enforce operating expense budgetsto ensure we are aligned with company guidelines.
  • Establishing a culture of feedback, learning, and adaptation to continuously improve efficiency and meet evolving throughputgoals.
  • PrioritizeGuestsneeds to deliver an outstanding experience.
  • Support team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of rides.
  • Collaboratewith the training teamto ensure team members and leadership are properly certified and prepared for success.
  • Work closely with supervisors, team members, and department heads to advance departmental initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team tomaintainadequate staffing levels for daily operations andspecial events.
  • Uphold parkstandards for safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Comply withall other duties assigned to support the Operations Division and the Parks operation.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Mustpossessa valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and varied shifts including holidays and weekends.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to work independentlyand managehigh leveltasks and projects.
  • Commitment toa totalsafety, having a strong safety-first mentality.
  • Preferred a minimum of 3yearstheme park experience, including at least 1 year in leadership.
  • Preferred currentiROCTrainer or Instructor Certification.
