You are responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all ride systems operate within industry standards and safety regulations.
Job Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Providetimelyand courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections on rides and attractions.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and ride system issues
Follow all safety procedures and operational protocols for each attraction
Maintain ride equipment, tools, and ride areas in a clean and professional condition
Communicate effectively with team members and managementregardingride system concerns
Accurately document all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities daily
Reportdamagedor defective equipment and any potential safety hazardsimmediately
Follow emergency evacuation protocols anddemonstratecalm, professional behavior in high-pressure situations
Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
Notify management of any ride system changes or irregularities
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest servicein a timely mannerto both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1year ofmechanical, maintenance, or technicalexperience in a similar role or environment preferred
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Ability to read, analyze and understand documents, such as operations and maintenance instructions, blueprints,schematicsand procedural manuals
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonfractionsand decimals
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicationskills and willingness to work as part of a team

Requirements
This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana
