Dr. Chan is a graduate of New York Medical College (1986) and completed residency & fellowship training at Lenox Hill Hospital. He is Nephrology Board Certified since 1992. Dr. Chan specializes in outpatient Nephrology, and is committed to providing high quality, comprehensive, personalized medical care for a wide variety of patients in the New York City area. He has provided expert Nephrology consultation requested by primary care physicians for over 30 years.
