Job description

As a Client Support Specialist at Rhythm, you will play a critical role in managing client interactions and supporting our remote patient monitoring services. You will primarily work within client systems, such as electronic health records (EHRs) and execute various tasks requested by our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for registering new patients from existing clients, insurance verification, handling transfer in/out requests from the clinic, and ensuring their successful enrollment in our program. This role involves high-velocity work, including uploading reports, adjusting transmission schedules, and handling patient enrollment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Register new patients from existing clients and ensure successful program enrollment.
  • Adjust transmission schedules and manage other high-velocity tasks.
  • Respond to client requests and administrative needs within the EHR system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities and interactions.
  • Perform custom workflows and tasks as requested by clients or Rhythm Management Group.
  • Support patient outreach efforts and handle any required communication with patients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in a healthcare support role, ideally within remote patient monitoring or a similar setting.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in using EHR systems and other healthcare workflow tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Empathy and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
