Job description

We’re looking for a detail‑driven, strategically minded RFP Manager to support our growth in the healthcare payment integrity market. This role sits at the intersection of business development, product expertise, and operational excellence. You’ll own the full lifecycle of RFPs and sales enablement activities, ensuring our teams deliver compelling, compliant, and timely responses that showcase the value of our solutions to health plan sponsors.

Responsibilities

RFP Management & Execution

· Lead end‑to‑end coordination of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQ vendor questionnaires, and security assessments for large enterprise healthcare clients

· Develop timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure all deliverables are completed with accuracy and consistency

· Analyze proposal requirements and develop response strategies, timelines, and content plans

· Write, edit, and tailor clear, compelling responses that align with client needs and evaluation criteria

· Maintain and continuously improve a centralized RFP content library, including product descriptions, case studies, compliance statements, and technical documentation

· Collaborate with subject matter experts across clinical, analytics, product, finance, compliance, and operations teams to gather and refine content

· Ensure all submissions meet payer requirements, brand standards, and regulatory expectations

· Manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight timelines with strong attention to detail

· Conduct post-submission reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of win rates

Existing Client Support & Expansion

· Partner with Client Success and Account Management teams to support ongoing client relationships

· Assist in developing client deliverables, including reports, business reviews, and renewal or expansion proposals

· Respond to client requests for information, ad hoc questionnaires, and follow-up documentation

· Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by creating tailored materials and proposal responses

· Help translate performance results and analytics into client-ready narratives and presentations

· Maintain consistency in messaging and documentation across new and existing client communications

· Serve as a subject matter resource for proposal-related content and documentation

Process Optimization & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

· Identify opportunities to streamline RFP and sales processes, improving speed and quality of submissions

· Implement tools and templates that enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing

· Partner with marketing to ensure messaging alignment across all external‑facing materials

· Support onboarding and training of sales team members on RFP processes and best practices

Qualifications

· Experience in healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or healthcare technology

· Proven track record managing RFPs or complex proposal processes is preferred

· Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills

· Strong project management abilities with a knack for organization and deadline management

· Ability to collaborate across technical, clinical, and business teams

· Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment

· Familiarity with payment integrity concepts such as pre‑pay and post‑pay review, fraud/waste/abuse, claims monitoring, AI-enabled processes, clinical validation, and claims analytics

· Background supporting enterprise sales teams in the healthcare payer space
