Job description

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support corporate governance, board administration, legal documentation, and records management across the organization. Reporting to the SVP/Administration & Risk, this role will partner closely with leadership on board-related activities, contract administration, compliance tracking, and organizational governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain board and committee minutes, resolutions, bylaws, and corporate records
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling and materials preparation
  • Support contract administration, including vendor agreements, NDAs, leases, and signature routing
  • Serve as a liaison for subpoenas, garnishments, court orders, and related legal documentation
  • Maintain records retention processes, legal holds, and document tracking
  • Track and communicate key regulatory, compliance, and organizational deadlines
  • Assist with policy governance and due diligence activities related to corporate transactions

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher, or Paralegal Certificate required
  • 4+ years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting corporate governance or board administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and governance/document management systems
  • Financial institution experience preferred
  • Notary Public and/or project management experience preferred

If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role.
