Job description

About Jet Excellence
We are a fast-growing fleet charter operator redefining private aviation through data-driven efficiency, modern aircraft, and owner-focused profitability. With a commitment to trust, safety, and service excellence, we deliver tailored charter solutions and seamless travel experiences supported by a modernized fleet and nationwide reach.
The Role
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, aircraft utilization, and customer experience across Jet Excellence's charter fleet.
Revenue Managers own every opportunity from initial inquiry through trip completion while balancing pricing strategy, operational feasibility, customer relationships, and company profitability.
At Jet Excellence, Revenue Managers are strategic decision-makers-not order takers. They think like owners, communicate proactively, collaborate across departments, and make disciplined commercial decisions that maximize long-term value while delivering the Ultimate Experience for every customer.
This is a salaried, performance-driven position. Business needs may occasionally require work outside normal scheduled hours. Success is measured by ownership, execution, professionalism, customer experience, and results - not simply hours worked.
This position description summarizes the role's principal duties and expectations. Responsibilities may evolve based on business and operational needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Revenue Management
  • Maximize charter revenue through disciplined pricing and commercial decision-making.
  • Optimize aircraft utilization while protecting premium inventory.
  • Apply dynamic pricing based on market demand, aircraft availability, and operational constraints.
  • Evaluate every opportunity for profitability, positioning, and long-term customer value.
  • Protect company margins while remaining competitive in the marketplace.

Customer Experience
  • Own every customer opportunity from first inquiry through trip completion.
  • Deliver Jet Excellence's Ultimate Experience through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Build lasting relationships with wholesale brokers, aircraft owners, and charter clients.
  • Resolve challenges professionally while protecting the Jet Excellence brand.

Operational Collaboration
  • Partner with Scheduling, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Flight Crews, Accounting, and Leadership to execute successful trips.
  • Balance customer requests with operational feasibility.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and Jet Insight records.
  • Communicate changes quickly and effectively across departments.

Business Development
  • Grow existing customer relationships through outstanding service.
  • Develop new charter opportunities through broker and customer engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize repeat business and customer loyalty.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
  • 2-5 years of experience in revenue management, sales, or a related commercial role, with demonstrated experience pricing and optimizing a floating fleet.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.

PREFERRED
  • Private aviation, luxury hospitality, transportation, travel, or high-end customer service experience.
  • Charter aviation experience.
  • FAA Part 135 operational knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM and charter management software.

Core Competencies
  • Commercial Judgment - Makes decisions that maximize enterprise value rather than simply winning individual trips.
  • Ownership - Accepts full accountability for every opportunity from inquiry through completion.
  • Customer Focus - Creates an exceptional experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Operational Awareness - Understands how scheduling, maintenance, positioning, and crew availability affect commercial decisions.
  • Communication - Communicates early, often, and clearly with customers and teammates.
  • Collaboration - Works as one Revenue Team while supporting cross-functional departments throughout the organization.

Job Type
  • Home-based

Compensation AndBenefits
  • Fully paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401k Plan w/Matching
