Job description

Pricing Solutions enables optimal revenue generation by delivering greater speed, accuracy, complexity, and scale of pricing actions. Solutions design and build revenue-generating automation, reporting, and workflows. As we continue to evolve our ability to implement more detailed strategies at greater speed and scale, we seek to thoughtfully simplify unnecessary complexity, provide visibility to actions, and a clear path to act.
 

This role will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of pricing tools, automation, reports, and workflows used by Revenue Management. 
  • Performing data analysis to provide visibility into pricing actions and identify opportunities to improve business performance. 
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of AI-supported workflows and reporting solutions. 
  • Supporting pricing analysts across the four RM Pricing entities through data gathering, reporting, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 
  • Conducting validation and quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems, reports, and analytical outputs. 
  • Documenting business requirements, technical specifications, and operational processes. 
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and escalating recommendations to senior team members. 
  • Developing foundational knowledge of airline pricing, revenue management, and analytical methodologies.
