Job description

Meet the Moment with Alteryx

We're living through a once-in-a-generation shift in how work gets done. Data, automation, and AI are quickly becoming the center of every business decision - and Alteryx is leading the transformation.

You'll be working on the challenges that sit at the heart of modern business. No matter your role, the work you do will help organizations move faster, see more clearly, and tackle questions that used to feel impossible.

If you're ready to meet the moment with innovation, curiosity, and excellence, there's a place for you here.

This summer internship is an opportunity to work alongside Alteryx's Revenue Operations team, contributing to real GTM insights, analytics and reporting initiatives that support various levels of leadership. As a RevOps intern, you will support data analysis, help build and maintain reporting assets, and assist in translating complex business data into clear, actionable insights. This is a hands-on role - you will work on live projects, collaborate with experienced operators, and develop skills at the intersection of data, strategy, and go-to-market execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist in analyzing sales performance, pipeline health, renewal trends, and other revenue metrics using Alteryx's internal data sources.

  • Support the Insights & Analytics team in building and refreshing reports and dashboards for GTM stakeholders.

  • Help develop ad-hoc analysis and scenario models to inform decisions around pipeline strategy and revenue forecasting.

  • RevOps Team Support

  • Contribute to executive reporting materials by summarizing key metrics and surfacing relevant trends in a clear, concise format.

  • Help translate complex data outputs into digestible narratives appropriate for senior leadership audiences.

  • Work alongside Business Partners to gather data, validate inputs, and deliver relevant findings that support their planning and stakeholder conversations.

  • Business Rhythm & Cadence Support

  • Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles by consolidating data, refreshing templates, and flagging anomalies or notable trends.

  • Assist in preparing QBR materials - ensuring data accuracy and helping craft slides across Sales and the GTM organization

  • Partner with team members to validate data and ensure alignment across reporting inputs from multiple GTM functions.

  • Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency or data quality and propose lightweight solutions that can be adopted by the broader team.

  • Gain exposure to Alteryx's own product as a hands-on data analysis and workflow automation tool.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Prior coursework, projects, or internship experience in business analysis, operations, or data-driven roles is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models or B2B go-to-market concepts is helpful but not required.

  • Core Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and actionable insights; eager to develop deeper quantitative skills.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required; exposure to BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL is a plus. Experience with Alteryx Designer is a bonus.

  • Communication: Ability to summarize findings clearly and concisely in both written and visual formats for a business audience.

  • Collaboration: Team-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable asking questions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing practical solutions, even with incomplete information.

  • AI Fluency: Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity or analytical workflows (not required but is a plus) - whether in coursework, a prior role or a personal project - and an eagerness to explore their application in a RevOps context

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise RevOps and GTM analytics teams

  • Practical fluency in tools used across modern revenue operations, including Alteryx's own platform.

  • Direct mentorship from experienced RevOps and GTM Analytics professionals.

  • Exposure to C-suite reporting workflows and executive-facing deliverables.

Find yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply? At Alteryx, we support a growth mindset for our associates through all stages of their careers. If you meet some of the requirements and you share our values, we encourage you to apply.
