This Revenue Intern will play a key supporting role within the Revenue Department, contributing to day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience through supporting the department on game days and at sales events when needed. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes initiatives, follows through on tasks, and is eager to learn. This role requires someone who has strong communication skills, can maintain a positive attitude, and is able to take direction.

DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
Success Criteria: Success in this role is defined by the ability to support the Revenue Department through a variety of different tasks that help the department function effectively as a whole both on gamedays and in-office. This role success by…..
  • Sales Support: Helping the department with organization of prospecting lists and sales items. They will be tasked with researching industry’s best practices to help further the department.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist with different fan experiences on gamedays and different customer facing activities that come up. They will be helping with execution of sales events and engaging with customers in a positive and professional way.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an environment where there may be a need to change priorities and business needs. .
  • Learning amp; Development: Building a foundational knowledge of the Revenue Department and furthering their knowledge of the sports industry.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactively collaborating with both the Revenue staff and other departments to contribute to shared goals.
  • Execution amp; Organization Ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly by maintaining organization, hitting deadlines, and following through on assigned responsibilities.
  • Professionalism: Represents the organization with integrity and enthusiasm by demonstrating reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions amp; Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, including standing at sporting or other events for extended periods of time

SKILLS amp; QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • Completed or enrolled in BS/BA in Sports Management, Sales, or related field.
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
Preferred
  • Prior professional or collegiate sports experience.
  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards
