As a Billing Analyst you will support the Finance leadership in carrying out management and corporate accounting responsibilities by maintaining accurate financial information and related reporting, and ensuring internal controls are preserved. Engage with cross-functional internal partners (Sales, Client Service, Finance) to properly control the invoicing and related revenue recognition for our Software as a Service (SaaS) based business model.

What you'll be doing...

  • Control the invoicing process for sales of revenue management software solutions to hospitality-based clients
  • Review sales contracts for billing terms, price and product validation, etc.
  • Communicate with clients (internal and external) to resolve invoicing questions
  • Apply revenue recognition criteria to record revenue on client sales
  • Process credit requests to accurately align revenue impacts
  • Assist in the preparation of audit activities
  • Prepare various analytical reports for management as required

What you'll bring to us...

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Experience in accounting within a corporate environment
  • 2+ years billing revenue experience, preferably in a SaaS based business model or similar industry
  • 3 years' experience working with ERP Software, preferably Saleforce.com
  • Experience with invoicing and billing controls associated with sales contracts
  • Experience with multi-currency
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
