Job description

Pomeroy Living is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Lead Receptionist/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
As the face of our community, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter. You will also play a key role in managing accounts payable for the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Receptionist Duties:
    • Greet and welcome residents, guests, staff and vendors.
    • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and requests as needed.
  • Accounts Payable Duties:
    • Process invoices and prepare payment vouchers.
    • Reconcile vendor statements.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
    • Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with accounting software preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
