AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.
For those who have experience supporting students, the Site Director role offers the opportunity to lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.
We're looking for an early learning professional who:
  • Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
  • Feels confident taking the lead and running a smooth program
  • Takes pride in delivering a high quality student and family experience
  • Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
  • Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role, you will:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
  • Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
  • Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
  • Make child safety the top priority at all times
  • Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
  • Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
  • Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met
  • Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
  • Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success

This role is ideal for educators with experience in:
  • Teaching or classroom leadership
  • School administration or program coordination
  • Paraprofessional or instructional support roles
  • Youth programs, mentoring, or tutoring

Retired educators and school professionals are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred
  • Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
